一、学校简介

海洋之神590线路检测中心是一所以教师教育为主要特色的江苏省属高等学府，坐落在周恩来总理故乡、全国历史文化名城----江苏省淮安市,始建于1958年，1997年升格为本科院校。学校设有18个二级学院，全日制在校生2万余人，专任教师1300人，其中，正高职称近200人，博士学位教师600余人，兼职硕士生和博士生导师100余人。

学校开展广泛的国际合作与交流，与英国诺丁汉大学、芬兰于韦斯屈莱应用科学大学、乌克兰国立科技大学、英国布鲁内尔大学、日本创价大学等多所高校建立了战略合作伙伴关系，与英国、美国、法国、芬兰、意大利等15个国家（地区）的60所大学、研究机构建立了友好合作关系。与美国北阿拉巴马大学、白俄罗斯国立文化艺术大学、英国诺丁汉大学分别建立了本科双学位、硕士、博士联合培养项目。近年来，派出学生出国境学习1000余人，接收海外长短期留学生交流学习600余人。2017年学校开始学历留学生教育。

二、招生计划

（注：持有HSK4级及以上证书的同学还可选择我校开设的其他专业）

三、学习方式与年限

本科全日制，学制四年; 专转本2年。实行双学期制，秋季学期为9月至次年1月，春季学期为2月至6月。

四、申请条件

1. 持外国护照的外籍公民，遵守中国的法律法规，尊重中国人的风俗习惯；

2.  具有高中毕业或以上文化程度，成绩优良；

3. 生物技术专业须有较好的英语交流水平； 其他专业须持有HSK4级及以上证书；

4.  年龄原则上在18周岁至25周岁，身心健康。

注：申请人原来为中国公民，后取得外国国籍者，参照国家相关规定审核。

五、申请材料和流程

1. 具备报名资格的学生需于5月30日前提交下列申请材料至邮箱：gjy@hytc.edu.cn（详情可登录学院网站 /）

① 《海洋之神590线路检测中心来华留学生入学申请表》；

② 护照照片电子版；

③ 护照首页扫描件；

④ 最高学历证书；

⑤ 高中成绩单；

⑥ HSK4级及以上证书；

⑦ 体检证明；

⑧ 无犯罪记录证明;

⑨ 家庭收入证明。

2. 海洋之神590线路检测中心负责审核学生的申请材料，并组织面试。通过面试并在规定日期前缴纳保证金（2,000元，可冲抵住宿费）的学生，学院将向其发放录取通知书和《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW202表）。学生按照《录取通知书》中规定的日期办理正式报到手续。

六、奖学金及助学金

1. 被录取者可申请“留学淮师校长奖学金”，符合条件者，可获奖学金金额为：理工科学生每年15000元人民币，文科学生每年11000元人民币；

2. 入学后可申请优秀国际生奖学金，每生每年可获1000--2000元；

3. 入学后可申请校内勤工助学，每年可获1000--2000元助学金；

4. 在校期间表现优异的学生可申请留学江苏政府奖学金；

5. 如因个人原因转学，须退还已享受的全部奖学金资助费用。

注意事项:

1. 所有申请材料均须为中/英文文本，中/英文以外的文本须提供经公证的中/英文译本,不接受其他语种文件；

2. 未满18周岁的申请人，除上述申请材料外,还须提供在华监护人的公证书原件；

3. 所有申请材料一经提交不予退还；

4. 学校保留要求申请人补交相关证明材料的权利。

2024 Application Guide for Undergraduate Programs of HNU For International Students

I. Introduction to Huaiyin Normal University（HNU）

HNU, established in 1958, is characteristic with education of teachers under Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education which is located in Huai’an, the birthplace of Zhou Enlai, the first premier of PRC and a renowned national historical and cultural city in Jiangsu Province.

There are 18 secondary colleges in HNU with more than 20,000 registered full-time students and 1300 faculty members including 200 professors, 600 doctoral teachers and 100 master and doctoral supervisors.

HNU actively promotes the academic internationalization and has established friendly and cooperative relations with more than 60 universities and research institutions from America, England, France, Finland, Italy and other 10 countries (regions) and established strategic partnership with the University of Nottingham, JAMK University of Applied Sciences, National Technical University of Ukraine, Brunel University London and Soka University. Currently, the number of two-way exchange project has been for nearly 30 with universities abroad.

In recent years, more than 1,000 students have been sent to study abroad and more than 600 overseas short-term students accepted. In 2017, the school started education for international students.

II. Major, Number & Language

(Notice: Students with HSK4 or above certificate can also choose other majors offered by our university）

III. Study Mode & Duration

The mode of study is full-time and the duration of undergraduate and upgrading from junior college to undergraduate is 4 and 2 years respectively. HNU implements a two-semester system a year, namely, the spring and autumn semesters. The autumn semester is from September to January of the following year, and the spring semester is from February to June.

IV. Application Requirements

1. The applicant must be a non-Chinese citizen holding a valid foreign passport, abiding by Chinese laws, regulations and social customs and habits.

2. Applicants must have a high school diploma or above with good grades.

3. Applicants must obtain HSK Level 4 or above.

4. Applicants must be over 18 years old but not over 25 years old, physically and mentally healthy, and well behaved.

5. Language Requirements:

(1) Applicants for Chinese teaching must have HSK4 or above of the language level;

(2) Applicants for English teaching must have a good proficiency of English listening, speaking, reading and writing (dependent on post-enrollment test).

 (The applicant, who was originally a Chinese and has obtained foreign nationality shall be examined with reference to the relevant national regulations.)

V. Application Procedure and Materials

1. Qualified students can submit relevant materials through the online application platform https://hytc.at0086.cn/Student  and the deadline is May 30^th.

2. HNU will review the application materials and organize the interviews. Those who have passed the interview can make a deposit (RMB 2,000) before the date specified and the school will issue the Letter of Admission and JW202 Form for them.

3. Application Materials

The electronic scans of the following materials will be provided:

① Application Form for International Students Studying in Huaiyin Normal University;

② Passport photo;

③ Home page of the passport;

④ Senior middle school academic performance report;

⑤ Studying and regular graduation certificate;

⑥ HSK 4 or above;

⑦ Medical examination report;

⑧ Non- Criminal Record in Chinese or English;

⑨ Family income certificate;

VI. Scholarships and Grants

1. Successful applicants can apply for “Freshman Scholarship for International Students in HNU”, the amount of which is RMB 15,000 per person for science or engineering students and RMB 11,000 per person for liberal arts students.

2. After enrollment, students can apply for excellent student Scholarship and they can get RMB 1,000-2,000 yuan per year.

3. After enrollment, students can apply for work-study program in school, from which they can get an annual stipend of 1,000—2,000 yuan per year.

4. Students with outstanding performance in the school can also apply for the Jiangsu Provincial Government Scholarship.

5. Scholarship awarded students are required to refund all the amount of scholarships they received to school if they transfer to another school for personal reasons.

Notice:

1. All application materials shall be Chinese, English text or notarized Chinese or English translation, and no other language documents shall be accepted.

2. Applicants under the age of 18 shall provide the original notarized certificate of their guardian in China in addition to the application materials above.

3. All the application materials will not be returned once submitted;

4. The right is reserved by the school to ask the applicant to submit the relevant supporting materials.

VII. Fees for Studying at HNU (RMB)

Radio & TV Editing: 15,000 yuan/person·year

4. Accommodation fee: 3,000 yuan/person·year (two-bed room),  4,000 yuan/person·year (single room);

5.Accommodation deposit: 400 yuan/person·year (returned after graduation if the items in the dormitory are intact)

6. Comprehensive medical insurance: 600 yuan /person·year (paid after registration )

7.Medical examination fee: 300 yuan/person·year (paid after registration)

8. Visa fee: 400 yuan/person·year (paid after registration)
